The Suffering Servant

He stood there motionless, the night before the day,
With no expression on His face.
Must this be done, or is there yet another way
To put this final plan in place?
And in the shadow hides the final suffering,
To put in place the final pain and sacrifice

The time is 12 o' clock, the light begins to fade,
And mountains start to move and shake.
The final hour is come, the curtain's torn in two
And souls long dead give up their grave.
Now as the sky turns black, and sun begins to fade,
The devil waits his time and victory to claim.
