Caught In The Unlight

Beneath the deepest Seas
Beyond the darkest forest trees
Past the furthest corner of space
Lies a “darker” place

Thoughts ring as screams
Screamed into night
Resounding through
The sentient abyss

Issued forth… It spreads
Willed to Being… It grows
To Devour All

Taunting me… It shows
Through doors of time… a life
Or lives that may cease to be

This path I chose… or was
Chosen for… I cannot say
And still ride this crest

Passing through… a (multi-) cosmic
Malevolence… unmatched
In forced symbiosis

I greet the dawn of each new day as a stranger time!

A Multiverse… at War
And so the seeds… are sown
In yet another land

Another movement… in darkness
A subtle alteration… in time
The texture of a new dimension

The furtive plans… carried forth
Another scene is yet revealed
From where I cannot say

My part in this… unknown
Only known… that again
I will but serve to bring the end
Falling through the new formed door into my role of night’s design
